Blooming beautiful – Pilling wins two Awards in North West in Bloom 2024!

Last month, teams of volunteers from across the borough came together to celebrate their achievements in the North West in Bloom Awards 2024.
Councillor Bridge, Street Scene, Parks and Open Spaces Portfolio Holder at Wyre Council commented,
“Wyre has managed a spectacular haul of awards this year and it is fantastic to see the Bus Station Mural that we commissioned earlier this year through UKSPF funding win the Best Art in the Community Award for Care for Cleveleys.
“These fantastic results reflect the remarkable efforts of both the volunteers and the Wyre staff who work so hard to improve the areas where they live and work and make Wyre look so beautiful!
“We all wish Garstang in Bloom the best of luck as they look forward to representing the North West at the Britain in the national competition.”
